About us: two founders and a team that has worked AI-First from the start
CIRO EFFORT is the AI-First agency of CIRO GmbH. It was founded by André Teich and Markus Froese after more than 15 years in software development and digitalisation at corporations, agencies and in retail. We have built AI-First since September 2025, first our own products and, since May 2026, client projects. Our team is based in Munich and Dortmund and works for companies across Germany.

Yes. We run projects in German and English, from workshops and documentation to the interfaces of your software. We regularly build multilingual applications and content, with AI-assisted translation reviewed by people on request.
